Pop The Clutch
Shannon wound up winning over $4000 on Wheel of Fortune, so congratulate her if you see her!
There is an absence of bartending gigs around town these days making me wish I were either studying in the city or a hot girl. In either case, I'd have a lot more opportunities in the bartending field.
As I type this, "bartending" is not recognized by spellcheck as an actual word. Looking it up, it appears to be 2 words; however, it's recognized at encyclopedia.com as one word. I should get Erin McKean to show me how to make the OED officially recognize this word. In fact, I'll add that to my life goals. Standing up for bartenders (actually one word) everywhere.

Being 25
My mother looked this artist up after finding a couple of his sketches in the background of a photo in Metropolitan Home. Incredible stuff.
In one month I'll be starting at BU's Center for Digital Imaging Arts, a 9-month certificate program in Web/Graphic Design - an all too valuable skill that somehow I've only glazed over thus far. Further, with full access to their filmmaking equipment and facilities (when available) I'll be able to make a short film at some point over the next 9 months which is worth the tuition cost alone. For now, I'm writing.
Trying to find a bartending gig today. We'll see who's hiring, but I'm limiting my scope to Waltham. If nobody bites, I may consider Starbucks. Part time, full benefits and free coffee. Heck, who needs a college degree?

Shannon at the Wheel!
My girlfriend, Shannon, is going to be on Wheel of Fortune! She flies out to LA on Thursday and will be taping on Friday. They tape 6 shows on one day - that's basically a week's worth of shows on one day which leads me to believe that Pat Sajak and Vanna White have had the best job on Earth for 25 years now.
